The location is good. The staff is general helpful. The wireless internet is convenient.
1. The hotel is old. Some equipment can be updated. 2.We lived in the 5th floor. Some noise came from top floor. We guessed it may be the sound of water tower in the top floor but not very sure. Although we graduately got used to that sound, it is still annoying.

fantastic strolls to major historic sites and cafes
I had such an amazing time exploring the fine Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both just a short walk away, and the friendly staff made dining recommendations that really added to my experience.

location
The beds were old and we could feel the springs. The hot water was sometimes cold. At night the room was too dark with probably 40W incandescent lamps.

We liked its location within walking distance of the the main tourist attractions: Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Museum as well as trams and buses, The staff is helpful and the buffet breakfast very good though it lacks cereals.

Very good location, very clear, 2 lifts, not noisy, parking possibility for the hotel assured by the staff, directly on the pavement, good breakfast, enough hot and cold wather.
The rooms were a little bit narrow but this is central Istanbul anyway, so no problems.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was an easy walk to see some of the sights in Istanbul.
The rooms were a little small for our family.
